COVD-19: Health and safety measures

The safety of our customers and staff is our highest priority so We are taking all necessary safety measurements.

We have taken measures in our warehouse and during the processing order to ensure the safety and healthness of both our staff and customers, including mandatory use of hand sanitise and face masks, implementing healthy distance guidelines and enhanced cleaning routines.

Loyto Watches have a warranty on any manufacturing defect over a period of two years. In case your Loyto Watch has any manufacturing defect just let us know by contacting to userexperience@loytowatches.com attaching the Order Number. Just explain briefly the defect, and attach some pictures, we’ll contact you as soon as possible. Please consider any external factors remain excluded from the warranty.

During the guarantee period, you will have a right to free repair of the mentioned defects o, in case it was no possible the repair, you will have to choose among substitution or the return of the money paid.

Yes! L1 Loyto Watch is rated 5ATM/50M.
This means that the watch is safe to swim with but we recomment to avoid water when possible, mainly because the leather strap will wear out significantly faster when wet.

ORDERING AND PAYMENTS

PayPal is the method to realize the purchase.

Yes! Just contact us at userexperience@loytowatches.com with all the information (don’t forget the Order Number!) and we will send you your order invoice.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated once the address is put in for your order.

For EU-countries between 5 and 10 days. In case of Mainland Spain, 3-5 days.

Well, the delivery can take a few more days. About the shipping costs, just check it once the address is put (duties and local taxes are not included).
Please, note we’ll need to include your personal ID number in invoice for clearance process. You can fill it in check-out form.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you want to cancel your order please write us to userexperience@loytowatches.com, we’ll solve it and contact you as soon as possible.

Not happy with your purchase?
Don’t worry! You can request an exchange or a return within 14 days after receiving your Loyto Watch.
Just contact us at userexperience@loytowatches.com with the Order Number.

Sure! If you prefer refund your money, once we get the LOYTO Watch back, we’ll refund you within the next 7 days. You’ll get it back directly to your PayPal account.
